Just like the students they teach, educators are always learning and looking for new ways to improve. Teachers at Columbus Elementary recently stayed after school for a Multi-Tiered System of Support training. MTSS equips educators with the resources and strategies needed to support students' growth in the classroom and at home. The training was led by Dennis Hahn, AIS Facilitator for UCSD. Training like this also gives teachers an opportunity to bond with each other and form stronger relationships as a team.
